Essential Functions: Travels to vendors to pick up and return supplies, equipment, parts orders, and rentals. Coordinates activities and travel to limit number of trips made to the same vendor. Receives, verifies, and signs off on company inventory upon return from vendor pick up. Orders supplies, equipment, and parts as directed. Maintains, tracks, and updates lift location on the campus map. Locates and inspects facility fleet vehicles throughout campus. Documents maintenance requirements and coordinates maintenance repairs with mechanic team. Records mileage for all company vehicles. Replenishes fuel as needed. Routinely inspects project sites to ensure cleanliness. Picks up construction parts, materials, tools, etc. to ensure a maintained worksite. Collects and distributes parts for projects to various local buildings. Utilizes forklifts as needed. Collects appropriate paperwork for Facility team. Submits documents to appropriate departments. Provides assistance to cross-functional teams (Construction, Plumbing, Maintenance, Etc.) as needed. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
