The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service and support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. This role involves following and promoting company customer service programs, assisting customers with merchandise selection, handling phone inquiries, accurately maintaining cash transactions, processing exchanges and returns, resolving customer complaints, assisting with daily operational tasks like freight receival and stocking, performing in-store services, and occasionally driving a delivery vehicle for deliveries.
