As a Parts Specialist at Rexco Equipment, Inc., you'll be the backbone of our operations! Your primary mission will be to source original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for our customers' equipment. You'll handle inventory control, communicate with the service department, and assist customers both in-person and over the phone. Whether marking and storing parts or managing shipments, your role is vital in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service. You'll dive into catalogs and computer displays to swiftly determine parts needs and suggest alternatives when necessary. Plus, with our focus on safety and positive workplace culture, you'll participate in training and team huddles while contributing to a fun, energetic atmosphere.
