The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The role involves following and promoting company customer service programs, assisting customers with merchandise selection, providing excellent phone service, accurately handling cash and credit transactions, processing exchanges and returns, resolving customer complaints, assisting with daily store operations like freight receival, stocking, and cleaning, performing various in-store services, and occasionally making deliveries.
