Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Clear and friendly communication — both written and verbal
- Proficient in computer skills and prefer experience with multi-line phones
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, twisting, kneeling
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a parts, warehouse, or shop environment in equipment, automotive, and/or material handling industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill customer parts orders – in-person, online, and over the phone
- Keep inventory stocked, organized, and accounted for, including returns and backorders
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries to ensure timely customer service
- Build strong relationships with technicians and customers, offering product knowledge and support
- Create eye-catching product displays to promote seasonal or high-priority parts
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace that reflects pride and professionalism
- Other duties as assigned
