Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Clear and friendly communication — both written and verbal
  • Proficient in computer skills and prefer experience with multi-line phones
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, twisting, kneeling

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a parts, warehouse, or shop environment in equipment, automotive, and/or material handling industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process and fulfill customer parts orders – in-person, online, and over the phone
  • Keep inventory stocked, organized, and accounted for, including returns and backorders
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries to ensure timely customer service
  • Build strong relationships with technicians and customers, offering product knowledge and support
  • Create eye-catching product displays to promote seasonal or high-priority parts
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace that reflects pride and professionalism
  • Other duties as assigned
