The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. The role involves following and promoting all company customer service programs, greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and providing excellent service over the phone. Responsibilities include maintaining the cash drawer, processing exchanges and returns, addressing customer complaints, and performing various operational tasks. The Parts Specialist may also operate store test equipment and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
