About The Position
As a Parts Specialist/Quality Control team member at AAA Auto Parts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our shipping and Quality Control (QC) operations run smoothly and efficiently. Located in Rosemount, MN, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve pulling parts and delivering them to designated staging areas. You will utilize your critical thinking skills to inspect parts before they are shipped, identifying and reporting any deficiencies to maintain our high standards of quality. This position requires you to work both independently and collaboratively with the QC team, your manager, and other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on schedule. Communication with members of the sales and production teams will also be a part of your role, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed about the status of operations. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to manage your time effectively and arrive at work punctually to meet the demands of the job. Continuous improvement in your role is encouraged, and building positive relationships with colleagues across departments is essential to achieving our collective goals. The physical demands of the job include standing, walking, and reaching for parts, as well as engaging in conversations with team members. Occasionally, you may need to stoop, kneel, or crouch, and you should be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Safety is a priority, and you will be required to complete necessary safety training and contribute to fostering a culture of safety within the shop.
