The Parts Solutions Specialist is a high‑growth, customer‑focused role dedicated to supporting agricultural facilities such as feed mills, grain elevators, and processing plants with reliable parts expertise. As the primary point of contact for incoming calls, web orders, and technical inquiries, you’ll build lasting relationships through clear communication, problem‑solving, and dependable follow‑through. Candidates must have knowledge of agricultural grain and feed management systems and related parts to be considered. Requirements

  • Familiarity with feed and grain handling systems and related components preferred.
  • Experience in sales or parts counter roles within agricultural or industrial supply sectors preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and part specifications.
  • Computer skills utilizing Microsoft office applications, Adobe PDF, and iPad technology.
  • Must be a self-motivated problem solver and eager to develop within the company
  • Self-driven with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to sell, maintain customer relationships, and acquire new customers.
  • Willing to learn the feed & grain industry.
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Research skills for locating and sourcing parts and solutions.
  • College degree or 2+ years of related field
  • Sales/Customer Service experience
  • Feed and Grain industry experience
  • Manufacturing industry
  • Valid driver’s license/insurable driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment work-style survey, PPPO, general physical, and drug screen.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

  • CAD software knowledge a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers seeking parts and equipment for agricultural & industrial material handling systems, such as grain elevator legs, drag, screw and belt conveyors, and other related equipment
  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and web inquiries, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide technical assistance based on system specifications and application needs.
  • Monitor and process web orders and provide online assistance as needed.
  • Work with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and help identify additional needs.
  • Maintain parts inventory through order receiving, locating, shipment, and related duties.
  • Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
