About The Position

This position involves the comprehensive management of parts within a warehouse environment, focusing on receiving, storing, and delivering parts. Key responsibilities include comparing invoices with received items to ensure accuracy, organizing and stocking parts on shelves, racks, cases, and bins, and managing inventory through physical counts and identification of items for reorder. The role also entails assisting with physical parts inventory audits, maintaining cleanliness within the department and facility, applying or changing price tags and labels, and transporting packages to customers and technicians. This is an entirely on-site position.

Working knowledge of computers
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid drivers license
Ability to stand or sit for long periods at a time
Ability to lift approximately 10 pounds
Authorized to work in the "USA"
Ability to perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Receive, store, and deliver parts
Stock shelves, racks, cases, and bins with parts
Periodically take physical count of stock or check/change/organize parts
Compare parts invoices to items actually received to ensure that shipments are correct
Organize parts on shelves and bins
Receive, open, unpack and issue parts
Stock parts on shelves, racks, cases, and bins
Take inventory or examine parts to identify items to be reordered or replenished
Assist in Physical Parts Inventory audit
Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles
Stamp, attach, or change price tags and labels on parts
Transport packages to customers and technicians
Perform various housekeeping tasks in department and facility as required
