About The Position

The Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate plays a key role in ensuring the
efficient movement of parts and accessories in and out of the dealership.
This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and
stocking parts shipments, as well as preparing and shipping outgoing orders.
Supports the parts and service departments by maintaining accurate inventory and
ensuring timely delivery for customer and repair needs.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and inventory software proficiency
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• The ability to lift anywhere from 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device
• Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
• Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays. (we are always closed on Sundays)
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Stock parts in correct locations and update inventory records
• Pick, package, and ship outgoing orders
• Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding orders and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized parts area
