About The Position

Sanderson Ford and Parts Mart has an opportunity for a Shipping Clerk to join their award-winning team! $18.00 per hour starting with opportunities for overtime and career advancement. The Parts Shipping Clerk is responsible for quickly and accurately shipping out parts orders to customers around the world!

Requirements

• Full-time position Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day with a 60-minute lunch, as well as one every three Saturdays from 7AM to 3PM
• Prior automotive parts experience preferred
• Able to lift 40LBS by yourself and utilize stairs between 1st and 2nd floor of warehouse multiple times per day
• Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Clean background
• Clean drug test – this is a safety-sensitive position
• Clean driving record – need to be able to be trained in the operation of a forklift

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive parts experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Uphold the quality standards assigned by management, and optimize the process flow to increase the number of daily shipments leaving the facility each day
• Ship out parts to customers locally, nationally, and around the world
• Adequately package all shipped items to ensure they arrive without damage
• Keep shipping supplies inventory stocked and ready
• Keep parts department in order
