About The Position

You must be an ambitious and team oriented individual with a strong work ethic and who is motivated to learn. The Shipper Receiver is a great position to start your Parts career. The right person will receive all the training necessary for the position. Furthermore, with our guidance, your future growth will be taken into consideration with regard to your training and responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: Check in parts orders. Stock inventory. Place customer orders aside for pick up. Pull and fill orders from stock. With the Manager guidance, maintain an accurate and healthy inventory. Send parts back to the factory. Assist counterpersons in supplying parts to customers. Monitor Back Ordered parts. Bring to the Parts Manager's attention anything out of the ordinary. Understand, keep abreast of and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operation, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know, etc. Understand the manufacturer’s warranty policy and procedure.
Requirements

- Must have valid in-state driver’s license, have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record and safe driving habits to drive both customer vehicles and a demonstrator vehicle.
- Must be insurable.
- Must be a team player with impeccable honesty and conduct.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Commitment to customer service.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Dealertrack experience is a plus.
