About The Position

This is a hands-on, day-to-day role focused on ordering, receiving, stocking, and managing parts—plus helping customers with basic parts needs. You’ll also spend time on the phone assisting customers, so a friendly, customer-facing personality is a must. No high-pressure sales required. Requirements

Previous experience in parts, warehouse, or inventory preferred but not required
Comfortable lifting and moving parts and boxes
Good communication and teamwork skills
Friendly, customer-facing personality
Basic computer skills for order processing
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience a plus

Responsibilities

Receive and unload parts shipments
Stock and organize inventory
Process parts orders and payments
Assist customers in-person and over the phone with parts lookup and basic questions
Keep the parts department clean and organized
Support Saturday coverage (weekday off provided)
Help service team with parts as needed
