Artex Truck Center is looking for a proactive sales professional to drive sales of International parts and services by engaging with customers. We carry International and IC Bus offerings and offer comprehensive parts and service solutions. Our team of 30+ employees is guided by integrity and professional service. Artex Truck Center, Inc., strives to provide quality service and has achieved the rank of International® Diamond Standard Dealer.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of active sales (preferably B2B) experience required.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and business acumen tools/platforms.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Strong influencing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to Texarkana, AR — on-site position.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the automotive or rolling fleet industry.
  • Familiarity with commercial customer and industry business knowledge.
  • High school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • IDENTIFY — pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and researching customers.
  • ENGAGE — grow the customer base through value-driven sales meetings and relationship building.
  • DEVELOP — present tailored solutions by creating accurate quotes and negotiating offers.
  • CLOSE — finalize sales by fulfilling legal requirements and coordinating delivery.
  • TRACK — report sales activity and KPI-based performance updates.
  • COLLABORATE — participate in team initiatives and uphold a growth-oriented culture.
  • MAINTAIN — keep comprehensive knowledge of International and IC Bus product offerings.
