About The Position

There's plenty of room to grow at I-5 Cars ! We are looking to add an experienced Parts Sales Specialist to support our growing business needs. Our Parts Department plays a critical role in keeping our service operations running efficiently and our customers taken care of. We’re looking for a Parts Sales Specialist who understands the importance of teamwork, accuracy, and customer service and who wants to continue learning and growing in a fast-paced dealership environment. This is a combination role supporting front counter, back counter, and wholesale operations. Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
• Lift and carry parts and materials up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and counter environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior dealership parts experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, advisors, and customers with parts inquiries and sales
• Support front counter, back counter, and wholesale parts operations
• Accurately identify, price, and invoice parts
• Maintain strong communication with service and sales departments
• Provide excellent customer service in a high-volume environment
• Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and accuracy
• Utilize Tekion DMS to process parts transactions efficiently
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet department goals
