About The Position

The position involves overseeing store operations, managing employees, cultivating relationships with dealers and customers, and promoting business growth. The role requires ensuring that all customer orders, requisitions, transfers, and returns are processed correctly and timely, while also maintaining inventory health and cleanliness in the store. Additionally, the position includes managing parts personnel, providing training, and resolving performance issues. Building strong relationships with dealers and customers is crucial, as is promoting parts and ensuring steady growth in sales and market share.

Requirements

• Experience in inventory and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with parts management systems and processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lead and support a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Competency with forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with ERP systems or inventory software preferred.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Customer Orders, PO Requisitions, Transfers, and Returns are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Ensure Spudnik Aftersales Standard Operating Procedures are being followed.
• Oversee the receiving, organizing and stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of parts.
• Maintain inventory health by setting and maintaining Safety Stock Levels, performing Inventory Cycle Counts, and coordinating with sales personnel.
• Manage Parts personnel by hiring, training, coaching, and resolving performance issues.
• Cultivate relationships with Dealers through regular visits and communication.
• Monitor support provided to Dealers and ensure timely service.
• Resolve Customer concerns and issues quickly with follow-up.
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts.
• Promote parts with new products and programs to ensure business growth.
