We have an immediate opening for a Parts Sales Advisor. This position is responsible for selling parts to customers over-the-counter and over-the-phone to both wholesale and retail customers and providing necessary parts to the Service Department. Some duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts Navigate the EPC (Electronic parts catalog) Provide pricing and product information to customers Place orders for out-of-stock parts requested by customers Assist in taking inventory Help maintain parts stock in orderly condition Answer telephone promptly
