Parts Runner - Install Department

Sierra Pacific has been an industry leader in the residential retrofit business in the Greater Sacramento Region since 1984, with services spanning from HVAC, Solar Pool, Solar Electric & Generators, Plumbing, and Electrical. Job Description As a Parts Runner/Driver you will support our Install Department. As installations are being completed by our crews, they run into the need for additional parts or supplies. That's where a portion of your duties will come in. You will assist with the pick-up of the materials and deliver them to the job site for the installation crew. Another part of this position is driving with our pre-site engineer to assist with the pre-installation inspection.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, minimum 18 months old
- Clean driving record
- Warehouse organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible, self- starting attitude
Responsibilities
- Delivering parts, materials, tools, and equipment for all installers
- Driving with our pre-site engineer for pre-install inspection
- Help to maintain onsite equipment and parts inventory
- Some light warehouse duties, including general cleaning and stocking
