reliable Parts Runner to support our shop and crews. This is a great first job for someone looking to start a career in the paving trade.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lift ~50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors and on construction sites
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Run parts and supplies to job sites and vendors
• Assist mechanics with basic shop tasks and parts organization
• Help paving crews as directed (lifting, on-site support, learning equipment operation)
• Maintain tools, clean company vehicles, and follow safety procedures
• Keep accurate delivery and parts records
