General Summary Responsible for supporting the Equipment Department with the pick and delivery of parts/supplies, and other duties as assigned, to ensure a productive and efficient shop environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Clean driving record
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize resources and projects
Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate information
Ability and willingness to abide by Granite’s Code of Conduct on a daily basis
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

Previous shop or delivery experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a plus

Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver parts/supplies from various locations to ensure timely and safe delivery
Process and file consignment parts requests and receive inventory items to help facilitate accurate document and parts control
Receive all incoming deliveries and process them accordingly to help facilitate accurate document and parts control.
Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility to ensure a clean and safe work environment
Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Equipment Manager or Equipment Superintendent
