About The Position

The Parts Runner at Duncan Aviation is responsible for distributing materials and correspondence throughout the campus and to off-site locations. This role involves operating company vehicles, scanning barcodes for inventory management, and assisting with various warehouse duties. The position is essential for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts and materials within the organization.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Duncan Aviation-trained Forklift Certification.
• Shipping & Receiving Auditor designation eligible.

• Previous parts runner or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picks up, delivers, and routes items and correspondence to appropriate team members in all Duncan Aviation facilities.
• Operates company vehicles for on-campus pick up and delivery of materials.
• Verifies accuracy of part's information prior to delivery, including quantities, part numbers, and expiration dates.
• Scans barcodes to document deliveries using the internal Radio Frequency (RF) System.
• Assists with various warehouse duties such as incoming parts inspections, pulling orders, and packaging shipments.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
