About The Position

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Parts Runner & Warehouse Assistant. You will be responsible for ensuring our pros have exactly what they need to finish the job right the first time. Schedule Requirements: This is a part-time role that might grow into more with the right person. You must be available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Some flexibility is required as hours may occasionally shift based on operational demand.

Requirements

Education: Associate Degree required (or equivalent 2-year technical degree).
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Service Titan experience is a major plus) and mobile apps.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform repetitive tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with suppliers and staff.

Responsibilities

Promptly deliver parts and equipment to technicians at job sites throughout the Triangle Area to keep projects on schedule.
Utilize Service Titan to assist in warehouse activities, including replenishing stock, conducting inventory counts (warehouse and truck stock), and providing operational coverage for the Warehouse Associate.
Assist with heavy lifting, staging HVAC installation pallets, and organizing technician bins to ensure the team is fully prepared for the following day.
Support the general upkeep, organization, and cleanliness of our building to maintain a professional and safe work environment.
