About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Specialist for our maintenance shop. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities by managing inventory, receiving and storing parts, and maintaining a safe work environment. Requirements

General knowledge and experience with parts and tools are preferred.
Inventory experience is also desirable.
Basic computer skills are required.
Proficiency with Excel and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

Issuing Tools and Parts: Distribute tools, parts, and equipment to workers, maintaining accurate records of items issued and returned.
Inventory Management: Control and organize parts room inventory, ensuring all items are properly stocked and identified.
Order Processing: Identify and order necessary parts and equipment to maintain adequate inventory levels.
Record Keeping: Maintain all required records pertaining to maintenance parts, including tracking usage and managing documentation.
Locating Items: Assist in locating lost or misplaced tools and parts.
Maintenance Support: Provide support to maintenance personnel by ensuring they have the necessary tools and parts to perform their tasks efficiently.
