Requirements

• General knowledge and experience with parts and tools are preferred.
• Inventory experience is also desirable.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Proficiency with Excel and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distribute tools, parts, and equipment to workers, maintaining accurate records of items issued and returned.
• Control and organize parts room inventory, ensuring all items are properly stocked and identified.
• Identify and order necessary parts and equipment to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Maintain all required records pertaining to maintenance parts, including tracking usage and managing documentation.
• Assist in locating lost or misplaced tools and parts.
• Provide support to maintenance personnel by ensuring they have the necessary tools and parts to perform their tasks efficiently.
