About The Position

Provide effective spare parts purchase order processing support for all sales channels and product types within KMBS & KMCA to assure timely delivery from suppliers to field service. Ensure accurate purchase order processing and pricing record maintenance for efficient order tracking and invoice processing. Assist with accurate spare parts material master data including purchase pricing & standard cost setting in SAP. Provide effective custom order entry support for any special customers within Direct and IP channels.

Requirements

  • HS diploma and prefer some education in business management, cost accounting and/or computer technology
  • Experience in inventory planning, purchasing, AP, customer service and/or warehousing
  • SAP Purchasing, Inventory & Order Entry proficiency
  • Ariba, EDI, B2B, Web portal customer interface experience
  • MS office, Word / Excel at moderate skill level
  • Gmail and related applications

Responsibilities

  • Creates spare parts purchase orders and distributes to domestic and foreign vendors.
  • Coordinates expedited delivery with vendors and communicates ETA information to customer service teams.
  • Adjusts and ship confirms sales and consignment orders for all sales channels and product types.
  • Applies updates to spare parts in the SAP purchasing records, material master updates and various inventory adjustments. Coordinates receiving priorities and discrepancies with 3PL warehouse.
