About The Position

Summary:
The primary function of this position is to pull the parts selected by the Technician to complete the Manufacturing Order. In addition, this position with assist with creating Manufacturing Orders for the Drivetrain Technicians.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Pull parts accurately and rapidly from warehouse that are needed to complete unit
Create manufacturing order (MO) using GP & RPS software
Gain parts knowledge and ability to substitute used parts when appropriate
Monitor completed MO’s and ensure they get posted for the shipping process
Recognize bad parts and pull replacements for the builder
Enter daily inventory
Responsible for accurately printing serial tag labels for the units produced
Pull core warehouse as needed
Other tasks as directed

Requirements

• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Must be able to work on a computer and enter accurate data.
• Ability to self-manage and estimate to complete any given task around production schedules.
• High School degree or GED equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Two Year warehouse experience preferred
• Automotive and mechanical knowledge preferred
