About The Position

Since 1961, the Wellborn family has owned and operated Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year of equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated skills in planning, prioritizing and time management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and timely completion of tasks.
• Must be able to read paperwork and/or labels.
• Proficient in reading a tape measure.
• Ability to stay on task, follow safety guidelines and work process procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a self-starter who works well and can follow a list of daily work assignments.
• Possesses a willingness to learn new ways to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Notify production lead person or Supervisor of a problem or issue.
• Use chop saw, table saw, or other machinery to cut down and/or machine parts as needed to complete jobs.
• Read paperwork/color coded labels to pull stocked particleboard, painted or non-painted parts from correct location in correct order for Paint.
• Learn different wood types.
• Work well with other employees.
