As a Parts Product Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in keeping forklifts and material handling equipment running by ensuring customers and technicians get the right parts, at the right time, with zero guesswork. This role is ideal for experienced parts, service, warehouse, or counter professionals who thrive in fast-paced dealership or industrial environments and want stability, growth, and hands-on impact — not just another job behind a counter. Downtime costs money. Missed parts delay operations. Your expertise keeps customers productive. You’ll work at the intersection of aftermarket support, inventory management, service coordination, and customer problem-solving, supporting forklift and material handling operations across real-world environments.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years experience in: Forklift parts, material handling, aftermarket, heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial parts support
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, parts sourcing, and service coordination
  • Comfort working in fast-paced dealership, warehouse, or industrial environments
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform active, hands-on work
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, IMS tools, and Microsoft 365 (Excel preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Team player who works well with technicians, service advisors, sales, and vendors

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support for forklift and material handling parts inquiries
  • Accurately process parts orders, returns, and inquiries with speed and precision
  • Help customers and technicians identify correct parts for performance and compatibility
  • Build trusted, long-term customer relationships
  • Manage and maintain accurate parts inventory levels
  • Perform cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution
  • Coordinate daily parts fulfillment, drop shipments, and sourcing
  • Support fleet, service, and aftermarket inventory needs
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation
  • Use ERP / inventory management systems to maintain accurate records
  • Support vendor coordination and parts procurement
  • Collaborate with service and sales teams to keep workflows moving
  • Receive, stock, and distribute parts efficiently
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safety-focused work environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve parts processes and inventory flow
  • Stay current on new products, systems, and material handling technologies
  • Support cross-functional improvements across service, parts, and logistics
