We provide two weeks of classroom and on-the-job training to ensure you feel comfortable with our equipment and confident in knowing what makes a good product. This position involves working with equipment and packing/labeling products in a team-focused environment that values customer and performance expectations.

Requirements

• Self-directed, takes initiative and possesses good time management skills
• Completion of required production paperwork
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Effective communication (reporting on issues and shortages)
• Attention to detail
• Proven attendance and quality track records

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience
• Willing and able to work overtime
• Able to lift 35 lbs
• Ability to work 3rd (12am-8am) shift

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package finished product to ensure customer requirements are met
• Follow work instructions (both visual and written)
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Perform essential functions of the role within safety guidelines
• Involvement in Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Maintain a neat and organized work area by following 5S requirements
