Cumberland International Trucks, Inc. is seeking an energetic, customer service oriented Outside Parts Salesperson to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. Join the Cumberland team today – where we offer a career path, not just a job, at a company with an empowering and positive work environment The primary duties and responsibilities of the Outside Parts Salesperson are to fulfill customer parts needs in the most efficient and accurate manner by: Responding to customer parts or information requests quickly Develop business relationships with all customers Develop game plan for prospecting a designated territory Communicating internally with parts department and externally with customers Monitoring the status of customer orders, advising in case of problems and notifying upon arrival Assisting other Parts Department employees with above tasks as necessary Organization and maintenance of the customer accounts, including pricing and application materials

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • College degree
  • Truck Parts Sales &/or Parts Counter experience
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience in automotive &/or truck mechanics
  • Parts department experience, particularly in a truck dealership or truck aftermarket environment
  • An ability to recognize opportunities for process & operational improvement

Responsibilities
