Summary
Performs a variety of customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sales of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of H&S’s parts department. Ongoing responsibility assisting with the counter parts sales and customer service responsibilities.

Requirements

• High School diploma or Equivalent
• Must have current forklift driving certification in order to operate forklift
• Computer skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to read and count with accuracy and perform basic math calculations
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work area
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen and identify customer needs
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, including accuracy for count and type of product
• Prep order for shipment by inspecting for quality, proper labeling, and packaging
• Load product on outbound trucks as necessary
• Conduct physical inventory counts as required
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their needs
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures
• Adheres to company quality protocols and processes
• Perform job duties in an ethical, professional manner which is consistent with the H&S handbook
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
