Requirements

5+ years of parts experience (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
Team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude

Responsibilities

Lead daily parts operations including ordering, receiving, and inventory management
Supervise staff, provide coaching, and ensure company policies are followed
Support service and retail teams with accurate and timely parts fulfillment
Handle warranty returns, backorders, and credit processing
Manage scheduling, productivity, and performance feedback for team members
Maintain strong communication with vendors, service advisors, and customers
Ensure department cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
