About The Position

Nucar Chevrolet of Lowell is looking for an experienced Parts Manager, with a proven track record to join our team! Applicants must be high energy, personable individuals with strong customer relations skills. This is an excellent opportunity for those with previous automotive experience to further their careers with one of the area's fastest growing Dealer Groups! Experience working with General Motors parts preferred, but not required. Excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills. Must possess detail-oriented and analytical skills. Minimum 5 years automotive parts-related experience and 1-3 years Dealership Supervisory/Management Experience. Responsibilities

Control inventory and sales processes to maximize efficiency.
Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all department staff.
Maintain an inventory that supports our Service department and wholesale customer's needs for quick and efficient delivery of parts.
Monitors and controls the performance of the department
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
