About The Position

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the largest Freightliner/Western Star Heavy Truck Dealerships in the Southeast. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Parts Manager with strong customer communications skills and a self-starter/quick learner to lead the Parts team in Meridian, Mississippi. Requirements

At least two (2) years of experience working in a heavy equipment/truck or automotive Parts Department
Previous Parts and/or Service background required
Proficient use of computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
Must be a Hands-On leader
Highly Energetic, Motivated, Organized hard worker
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer centric mentality
Strong Ability to Motivate and Influence others

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may be considered instead of education

Responsibilities

Assist customers with technical support
Meet and greet the public in a professional manner
Effectively lead the team to success
Set and meet profitability goals
Work closely with Parts and Service personnel to provide an excellent customer experience
Become proficient in repair order and parts invoice generation and processing
Demonstrate the value of our Company to current and prospective customers
Manage assets such as tools, parts inventory, and equipment
Maintain facilities to Empire standards
Recruit and train additional staff members to accommodate growth
