About The Position

The Parts Lifecycle Analyst for Marketing Reman at CNH Industrial is responsible for managing and maintaining serviceable parts within the Aftermarket Solutions Lifecycle guidelines. This role involves analyzing engineering data, refining serviceable parts, and developing inventory strategies to meet consumer demands while minimizing obsolescence. The analyst will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure efficient procurement and logistics processes, supporting new product launches and maintaining accurate forecasts.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engineering data and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting techniques.
• Familiarity with Master Data Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering and production Bill of Material (BoM), technical drawings, and engineering standards to refine the Service BoM.
• Setup parts from the refined Service BoM using key relevant attributes defined by Master Data Management.
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain and setup Marketing, PS&T, Engineering, and Reman products.
• Implement Global Parts Phase-In for all CNHi locations by providing an accurate initial monthly forecast.
• Support and maintain requests including Parts Phase Out, RFQ Cancelations, RFQ Re-Kicks, Part Costings, Kit Review and Updates, Intercompany, and Paint.
• Assist in Parts Determination meetings to ensure required service parts are setup, forecasted, and phased-in accurately.
• Determine the Parts Classification for new parts in relation to the Initial Stocking List (ISL) and Critical for Launch (CFL).
