About The Position

Naturals2Go Plus Holdings is seeking a hands-on, operationally driven Parts Lead based at the Tulsa Regional Operations Center (ROC). This role is responsible for managing parts inventory accuracy, supplier relationships, warranty support, and customer service across the ROC network. The Parts Lead ensures that machines, coolers, kiosks, Jema components, payment systems, and service parts are available, accurate, and deployment-ready — while maintaining strong financial control and operator support. This is a leadership role that combines inventory discipline, supplier partnership, and service excellence.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in parts management, inventory control, warehouse leadership, or operations.
  • Strong ERP experience (Zoho Inventory preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong supplier relationships.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing serialized inventory and warranty processes is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Parts Inventory Management & Accuracy
  • Own day-to-day management of all parts inventory at the Tulsa ROC.
  • Ensure all inbound parts are properly received, inspected, serialized where required, and transacted in an ERP Inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across all part categories.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical audits to maintain high inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels, usage trends, and reorder points to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Ensure parts are properly issued to machine serial numbers, work orders, warranty cases, or deployment programs to maintain traceability.
  • Support inter-ROC inventory transfers and balance stock across the network.
  • Supplier Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
  • Manage purchase orders, confirmations, lead times, and shipment tracking.
  • Communicate quality issues, warranty claims, and recurring part failures to suppliers.
  • Drive accountability with vendors regarding delivery timelines, defect rates, and corrective actions.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams when supplier performance issues arise.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiation, consolidation, or alternative sourcing.
  • Customer Service & ROC Support
  • Serve as the primary parts support leader for ROC operations and field teams.
  • Respond quickly to parts requests from ROC leads and operators.
  • Support warranty processing and parts recovery initiatives.
  • Ensure replacement parts are shipped accurately and on time.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding backorders, delays, and expected replenishment.
  • Promote a service-first mindset across the parts function.
  • Warranty & Cost Control
  • Track warranty parts usage and failure trends.
  • Ensure serialized tracking where applicable to support supplier recovery.
  • Provide reporting on high-usage and high-failure parts.
  • Work with leadership to reduce warranty costs and improve component reliability.
  • Training & Continuous Improvement
  • Train and support ROC parts personnel on SKU standards, receiving discipline, and inventory controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing inventory errors, touch time, and carrying costs.
  • Team Leadership & Process Improvement
  • Lead and support Tulsa parts personnel.
  • Train team members on receiving discipline, inventory accuracy, and Zoho best practices.
  • Continuously improve parts flow, storage layout, labeling, and pick/pack efficiency.
  • Drive cleanliness, organization, and OSHA-compliant storage standards.
  • Contribute to broader ROC productivity and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
