General Summary: The Parts Kits Fulfillment Associate is responsible for processing and fulfilling orders for MQ genuine parts kits. This includes picking, packing, labeling, and preparing kits for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality. Additional responsibilities include receiving and storing parts, maintaining inventory levels, and contributing to a clean and organized warehouse environment. This position may require overtime, including weekends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or fulfillment experience
  • Ability to operate forklift and other material handling equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret standard Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); SAP experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as needed.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately package, label, and ship parts kits in accordance with MQ quality standards.
  • Review and fulfill orders based on parts kit guidelines; identify and follow any special instructions.
  • Communicate updates regarding parts kits to management, internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
  • Maintain adequate supply of packaging materials (e.g., boxes, packing material) for parts kits.
  • Ensure proper storage of parts and kits according to departmental procedures.
  • Report and help resolve issues with defective or unacceptable goods and services.
  • Assist in training new team members in parts kit fulfillment processes.
  • Operate hand tools and packing equipment such as poly bag sealers, staplers, utility knives, and tape dispensers.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed).
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including but not limited to: loading, unloading, scanning, labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, repacking, staging, locating, and stacking products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
