Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
Professional communication skills (verbal, written, phone)
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience with Caterpillar SIS systems or similar parts lookup systems

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between Product Support and key account customers
Operate as a mobile merchandiser and inventory stocker
Maintain strong relationships with Mustang Cat’s commercial accounts
Set up, stock, and manage customer shelving and inventory at site locations
Package parts for delivery and transport to customer sites using a company pickup truck
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of parts
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Represent Mustang Cat professionally at customer locations
