Requirements

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks

Nice To Haves

• Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills
• Microsoft Office experience
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Knowledge of the company parts and inventory programs

Responsibilities

• Ensure counts and movement of parts are accurate
• Perform cycle counts and stockroom inventory audits
• Process parts needing location in stockroom and returned to stock
• Prepare inventory and reconciliation reports as required
• Match vendor invoices to Crown purchase order and parts requisition
• Receive in orders placed with vendors and assign to correct parts order
• Reconcile purchase card purchases
• Answer incoming calls and distribute to proper people
