Perform a variety of detailed inspections, routing/material transactions, and records processing of aerospace propulsion parts, assemblies, and associated paperwork to ensure standards of product quality and compliance are met. Operate within the manufacturing environment in accordance with established company and government quality procedures and inspection requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing activities to ensure product integrity. The use of sophisticated inspection techniques may be required to plan, direct, and perform a wide range of inspection operations, and develop new routines, methods, procedures, and applications to inspect all types of parts, assemblies, tools and fixtures in various stages of experimental development and manufacture. Perform appropriate processes to disposition non-conforming parts. Functions may also include investigation and corrective action and resolution of anomalies. The level at which the successful candidate will be employed is dependent on the skills, experience and knowledge they possess.
