See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview : R esponsible for constructing and repairing fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and small parts. This role involves using a variety of tools and materials to ensure high-quality finishes and structural integrity. Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in a manufacturing or marine environment.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines.
  • Excellent attention to detail for identifying defects and inconsistencies in parts and components.
  • Ability to meticulously document inspection findings and maintain accurate records.
  • Must possess the desire and ambition to always work safely and report all hazards to their supervisor immediately .
  • Must understand basic terminology such as OSHA, DEP, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment where designated, including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.

  • Proven ability to identify and resolve quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Strong ability to meticulously document inspection findings and maintain accurate records.
