About The Position

Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar® dealer for Southeast Texas, is hiring a Parts Haul Driver to safely deliver and pick up parts from customer locations, Mustang branch sites, and Parts Drop Box locations throughout the Houston area. This role is ideal for CDL drivers who value safety, customer service, and a stable career with a Texas industry leader.

Requirements

Class A CDL required
Clean driving record (MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse)
Minimum 1 year of experience operating a DOT-regulated commercial vehicle hauling flatbed cargo
Experience loading, securing, and unloading flatbed loads
Working knowledge of DOT regulations, logbooks, and e-logs
Experience operating a forklift
Strong commitment to safety and customer service
Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment or construction parts delivery
Experience with the following equipment types:
Flatbed Truck and Bumper Pull Trailer
Gooseneck Trailer

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport equipment parts safely and efficiently
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required logs and documentation
Check manifests for accuracy before departure and record deliveries upon return
Load, secure, and unload flatbed cargo, including heavy equipment parts
Maintain maintenance records and truck inspection reports
Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
Keep truck interior and exterior clean and presentable
Follow all Mustang Cat and DOT safety regulations
