About The Position

We are seeking a driven and organized Parts Fulfillment Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Parts Fulfillment Department. In this role, you'll ensure accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and strong team performance—all while supporting a safe and well-coordinated warehouse environment. If you excel at leading people, improving processes, and keeping operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of inventory management principles and accuracy controls.
• Clear, effective communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office and Excel; WMS/ERP experience a plus.
• Fork Truck Operator License (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full flow of orders to ensure accurate, timely picking and shipping.
• Maintain inventory integrity through proper receipt, storage, tracking, and cycle counting.
• Lead, schedule, and develop an hourly team to meet performance and service goals.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training for new team members.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Partner closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve issues and enhance overall operations.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed.
