About The Position

H&K Equipment is seeking a Parts Expeditor to join their parts team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to contact vendors, verify, and manage parts requisition, communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates, and inform managers of potential delays. The position is based on-site at the Coraopolis, PA location.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and strong time-management skills
Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
Solid negotiating capabilities and follow-up skills
Results driven and pro-active
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
High school diploma or equivalency

Responsibilities

Build good relationships with parts suppliers and vendors
Monitor project delivery timelines, detect and troubleshoot any issues with delivery of orders.
Create and manage accurate records of your activities
Relate well to customers, co-workers, and vendors
Prioritize a large amount of orders
Working knowledge of all aspects of shipping-receiving and warehousing
Work independently without direct supervision
Work as part of a team
