The Florida-based corporation has production and shipping operations in Florida, California, Arizona, Michigan and Georgia with additional domestic and international locations. Duda Farm Fresh Foods is seeking a Parts Expediter to join our Farm Shop Team in Belle Glade, FL. The Parts Expediter supports farm and shop operations by coordinating parts ordering, inventory control, fuel tracking, and administrative support. This role works closely with mechanics, equipment operators, internal teams and departments, and vendors to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of office, inventory, or farm support experience
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Valid driver’s license
• All applicants must be able to pass a physical, drug test, criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• Basic mechanical or agricultural equipment knowledge preferred
• Purchasing or parts experience a plus
• English required; bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and distribute parts for farm equipment
• Track and reconcile fuel and parts inventory
• Coordinate deliveries and follow up on orders
• Prepare invoices and purchasing documentation
• Inspect shipments and report discrepancies
• Maintain equipment hours and mileage records
• Support safe, clean, and efficient shop operations
• Other duties as assigned
