Parts Driver - Part Time

Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, approachable, and maintains a positive outlook
- Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills
Responsibilities
- Retrieve parts from stock or place special orders to fill invoices
- Load delivery vehicle with necessary parts and ensure safe, timely deliveries to wholesale customers
- Process returns with the Parts Counterperson or Parts Manager
- Pick up parts or supplies from outside vendors as required
- Ensure all parts are paid for upon delivery and secure signatures from charge account customers
- Hand collected payments and signed invoices promptly to the cashier
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and coworker
- Ensure delivery vehicle cleanliness and report any service issues to the Parts Manager
- Assist with the check-in process for daily deliveries and help organize inventory
- Keep storage areas clean, organized, and clearly labeled
- Support stock replenishment and assist with bin counts for inventory management
- Adhere to all traffic laws, driving safely and courteously
- Deliver parts according to route instructed by Parts Manager and communicate regarding most efficient routes for delivery
- Other duties as assigned by management
