Parts Driver
About The Position
All Roads/West End Service in Ellicott City has a great opportunity to join our parts team. The Parts Driver will be responsible for delivering part(s)/orders to specified customer locations as part of a single or multi-stop route designated by the Parts Manager. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid license and have a clean driving record. Compensation & Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm, Pay is $16-$17/hr Benefits • Industry leading...Medical, dental, vision, disability, life and supplemental insurance offerings available on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment • 401k with company contribution • Paid time off • Company paid holidays • Tuition Reimbursement program • Employee referral bonus program Responsibilities: Verify the daily preventative maintenance of the vehicle and report any problems with the vehicle to your manager Verify parts orders are accurate to ensure timely delivery Inspect and secure all parts in vehicle Comply with all DOT requirements Keep the interior and exterior of company vehicle clean and presentable Assist warehouse personnel with tasks once deliveries are complete All other duties as assigned Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift packages up to 75 lbs. Travel As a delivery driver, travel to predetermined locations daily, 80% travel. Responsibilities
