About The Position

Joe Basil Chevrolet is currently looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Parts Driver to join our busy parts department! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, providing great customer service, and being part of a fast-paced automotive team. Location: Joe Basil Chevrolet- 5111 Transit Rd. Depew, NY 14043 Compensation: $17/hr Schedule: Part Time- Monday, Thursday & Friday 8am-4:30pm

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and safety minded
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Automotive or delivery experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver automotive parts to local body ships and repair facilities
• May be expected to deliver to Rochester, NY or North East Pennsylvania
• Load and unload parts accurately and efficiently
• Verify invoices and obtain delivery signatures
• Keep the delivery truck in safe and operable condition
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff
• Proudly represents dealership with a professional image and positive attitude as well as provide friendly customer service at all delivery locations
• Assist the parts department with light duties when not on deliveries
• Work as a team with the rest of the parts department to achieve goals
