About The Position

Parts Driver - General Application Core Responsibilities Responsibilities described in this section are fundamental to success in this position. Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, vendors and other dealerships Monitor and maintain good housekeeping, morale, safety, and security habits for the department Coordinate with Parts Manager before leaving Complete a log at the time of delivery and request recipient’s signature Unload truck each night, turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts Help maintain the professional appearance of the parts department Responsible for basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication Enforce safety precautions specific to your work area Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Good interpersonal skills, able to work well with a wide range of individuals
Good communication skills
Good time management skills, able to prioritize multiple jobs
Ability to maintain a good driving record
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk and talk or hear
The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel or crouch
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb, or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally required to lift 50 to 100 lbs with proper assistance
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol urinalysis and be able to drive a vehicle
