About The Position

This position combines parts delivery and warehouse responsibilities. The Parts Driver/Warehouse Team Member is responsible for safely picking up and delivering parts and equipment, maintaining accurate delivery logs, assisting in shipping and receiving, stocking inventory, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and efficient.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
No prior experience required; related experience a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid Driver’s License.
Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
Verify that invoices match purchase orders and ensure payments are collected as required.
Maintain delivery logs and obtain signatures for deliveries.
Unload delivery truck daily and turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
Perform basic truck maintenance (fueling, oil checks, cleanliness, inspections).
Notify parts manager of any maintenance or repair needs for delivery vehicles.
Maintain professional appearance of delivery vehicle and parts area.
Pull and stage parts for drivers and technicians.
Load and unload shipments and incoming stock.
Put stock away in correct locations and ensure all parts are properly labeled.
Perform accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
Communicate effectively with management and team members.
Assist with additional warehouse or service department duties as needed.
